We offer a wide variety of accommodation options for different budgets. Private, Shared rooms, and Bunk rooms available. Our campus includes 3.5 bathrooms. Culinary

Meals are an integral part of your retreat experience. Our in-house culinary team prepares fresh, locally-sourced, and organic meals, catering to various dietary preferences and restrictions. Mealtimes are a celebration of mindful eating, nourishing your body while fostering a sense of community.

Our dietary program emphasizes holistic nourishment. Meals are plant-forward, seasonal, and crafted with care to support your wellness journey. Before arrival, participants are encouraged to limit caffeine, alcohol, and processed foods to enhance the detoxifying benefits of the retreat. Upon request, we accommodate gluten-free, vegan, and other specialized diets.

Who is on-site at Eudaimonia?

We have a small team on-site who will introduce you to the space and assist your smooth landing. Our staff is responsible for preparing and serving meals. We are always available to lend a hand or answer any questions!

Is the exact address provided before booking?

For security and privacy, the address is shared with guests after a deposit is made. Rest assured, detailed directions will be provided.

How do I get to Eudaimonia by car?

Eudaimonia is easily accessible from major highways in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Parking is available onsite for our guests.

Do you provide transportation from the airport?

Yes, we offer complimentary transportation from DFW International Airport during a specific arrival window. If your flight falls outside this timeframe, it’s an easy Uber or Lyft ride to our campus.

Are there nearby attractions or activities outside the retreat?

Yes! Nearby attractions include hiking trails, Eagle Mountain Lake, quaint local shops & restuarants, the Fort-Worth Stock Yards, botanical gardens, and much more. Our team has planned activities or excursions for your specific retreat group.

What is the weather like in this area?

The climate in DFW varies by season. Summers are warm, ideal for outdoor activities, while spring and fall bring more mild, pleasant weather. We recommend checking the forecast closer to your arrival date.

Who operates Eudaimonia?

Eudaimonia is owned and operated by a team of experienced wellness practitioners dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing environment for personal growth, creativity, and relaxation.

Are toiletries provided?

We provide basic toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We provide all bath and bed linens. Guests should bring any additional personal items or medications they may need.

Are there laundry services available?

Eudaimonia provides optional added laundry services for retreats over 3 days. We recommend packing enough clothing for the entire duration of your retreat.

Is the retreat space pet-friendly?

We love animals, but for the comfort of all guests, we cannot accommodate pets. Service animals are welcome with prior notification.

Are there quiet spaces for personal reflection?

Absolutely! Eudaimonia offers several serene spaces, both indoors and outdoors, for meditation, journaling, or simply relaxing in peace. The main campus and Lakehouse alike contain various comfortable sitting arrangements, perfect for reading or conversing.

Is the retreat eco-friendly?

Yes, we strive to minimize our environmental impact by incorporating sustainable practices, including recycling, composting, using eco-friendly products, caravanning to excursions, and sourcing locally when possible.

Can I request a specific room or bed?

We do our best to accommodate room and bed preferences. Please let us know at the time of booking, and we’ll try to meet your request based on availability.

Is alcohol allowed at the retreat?

Eudaimonia is a wellness-focused retreat, and we encourage mindfulness and healthy lifestyle practices. Alcohol is available during certain timeframes depending on your facilitators judgement & retreat specifications.

What types of yoga classes do you offer?

Vinyasa, yin, hatha, meditation, sculpt, and more. Eudaimonia holds space for any style of teachings that our facilitators offer.

I have no yoga experience, can I join?

Although retreat facilitators might have experience-based restrictions, our Eudaimonia space is open to all. The experiences that we provide extend far beyond yoga practices alone.

Where are you located?

We are located in the Dallas, Fort-Worth Metroplex. The exact address will be provided via email upon receipt of your deposit.

Are the reatreats suitable for beginners?

Yes, we welcome new and experienced practitioners. Expertise requirements, if any, are specific to each individual retreat and will be included on the retreat listing page.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

At Eudaimonia, we take pride in our in-house culinary efforts. We strive to accommodate restrictions as best we can. Please include specific allergies or restrictions upon registration of your retreat.

What should I bring to the retreat?

Your retreat-specific packing list will be provided via email upon receipt of your deposit. Generally, you will want comfy clothes for yoga/hiking, a swim suit, casual wear for evenings and local excursions, personal toiletries, closed-toed shoes, sandals or flops, yoga mat (optional).

Can I come alone, or do I need to book with a group?

We encourage you to show up with or without a group! We think that solo journeys allow ample time for self-reflection.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

50% non-refundable deposit due at registration. Balance to be paid in full 10 days before retreat check-in.

Is there a minimum or maximum age to attend a retreat?

Ages 18 and beyond may attend retreats at Eudaimonia.

How are accommodations arranged?

We have 4 bedrooms, a bunk room, and 3 shared bathrooms.

What wellness activities are available besides yoga?

Eudaimonia has 2 campuses that include a wide variety of outdoor activities, sitting areas, and activity features. Planned group activites include breathwork, meditation, hikes, reiki sessions, sound healing, and various craft workshops. You will have the opportunity to relax by the pool or the lake. We have a well-equipped gym, including a red light table.

Do you provide transportation to and from the retreat location?

We offer transportation from DFW airport. With our main campus' location only 15 minutes from the airport, Uber or Lyft are great options.

Are there opportuniteies for private sessions or personlized coaching?

Yes. Our Eudaimonia staff and retreat facilitators alike are available for personalized work. Private coaching should be addressed on an individual basis prior to the reatreat. Contact email@eudaimonia.com for more information.

Is there Wi-Fi available at the retreat center?

How large are the retreat groups?

Our retreats are intentionally small, with a maximum of 12-15 participants. This ensures personalized attention and fosters a close-knit, supportive community.

Is Eudaimonia a women-only retreat space?

While many of our retreats are tailored for women & by women, we also offer co-ed and specialized events. Check our retreat calendar for details.

Can I extend my stay beyond the retreat dates?

Yes, based on availability. Guests can often book additional nights before or after their retreat. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
